Happy New Year, Gang!

Dom and I had a very laid-back couple of weeks here.  It was just the two of us.

Christmas Eve, we had take-out Chinese from a new joint.  Yummy!

Christmas Day, I roasted a duck, served with Red Cabbage, Balsamic Brussels Sprouts, Gratin Dauphinois and Cheesed Pearl Onions.

On New Years Eve, I made Antipasta Salads and Garlic/Butter Shrimp

New Years Day was my traditional Pork Loin Roast, Country Ribs, Pig Tails, Sauerkraut, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Apples and Angel Hair pasta with pork drippings.

I was very lax about taking photos.  Sorry.  Once again, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
