Hurricane Isaac Arrives in Panama City Beach

I had a fun, fun week with girlfriend Patricia at the condo last week.

I blew into town on Friday afternoon, and she headed down from Tennessee on Saturday.

Upon our arrival, the water was gorgeous.  That didn't last too long.  Issac's wrath took away our beach for a couple of days.

He also caused a "Double Red Flag" situation which means "stay out of the Gulf by LAW".....

Poor Patricia took a walk to the pier one morning while I was sleeping and got clobbered by jellyfish, as there was no where for her to exit the water.

We enjoyed sitting on the stacked beach chairs at the waterline (Picture 4), watching the surf roll in.  Wishing that these pictures would show how enormous the waves were.  Quite entertaining.

Patty headed home on Friday.  I returned home yesterday.  The last shot is yesterday morning..... the beach was packed, but the water was quite murky.

Water was clearing, and thankfully, these folks were able to enjoy the last-blast of the season.
