All is well in Mudville. (Other than constant rain and wind- UGH).
Dom's INR was perfect last Thursday. 1.5. Just where his good doc wants him to be.
Had a very mellow weekend. Watched lots of scary movies (one of our favorite pastimes) and enjoyed our solitude. I made a kick-ass chicken thigh/shrimp/rosemary dish that is one of our favorites. Hadn't made it in a few years, but it didn't disappoint.
Heading off to Tulane on Thurs. for our monthly Doc appointment. If all goes as planned, they'll be testing Dom to see if he's finally in "REMISSION". He's now had 3 months of follow-up (maintenance) Thalidomide. Test time..... We can't remember how long it will take to get the results... guessing a week or 10 days. Kindly keep the prayers coming.
Again.... Dominic is doing well. Stomach is OK, no weakness.... all is well!
