Trout Amandine
I served this last night with steamed green beans and snow peas. Delightful!
Ingredients:
*Speckled Trout filets
*Wondra Flour
*Butter
*Slivered Almonds
*Lemon Juice
Rinse and pat dry trout. Sprinkle liberally with Wondra flour. Melt butter and brown trout over medium high heat.
Turn down to medium heat until cooked. Remove and keep warm.
Add more butter to pan, toss in almonds and lemon juice. Saute.
Dump sauce over your trout.
DECADENT!
